New Patient Location Dashboard: Enhanced visibility & navigation

The updated Patient Location Dashboard offers a modernized interface, allowing clinical staff to quickly assess room occupancy and patient status. This enhancement improves efficiency by providing a clear overview of multiple animals in the same location and enabling seamless navigation to individual consultations.

Automatic handling fee inclusion for planned items

Previously, handling fees were excluded by default when planning items, requiring manual adjustment. This led to missed charges when users forgot to edit the fee settings. Now handling fees are included by default, ensuring accurate billing while still allowing users to edit as needed.

• Accurate billing: Prevents missed charges by automatically applying handling fees.

• User control: Fees remain editable for adjustments when necessary.

• Operational efficiency: Reduces manual edits, saving time and minimizing errors.

VAT compliance update for UK charities

To align with UK charity regulations, Provet Cloud introduces a new customer type and associated permissions for marking clients under this category. This ensures that VAT charges are correctly applied based on updated legislation.

Step-by-Step Guide to Implement the New Charity Client Type:

Verify Eligibility – The new charity client type will automatically appear if at least one of your clinic locations is in the UK.

Migrate Existing Charity Clients – Update client records by assigning them to the new charity type.

Disable the Old Type – Once all charity clients are moved, disable the previous charity type to prevent incorrect VAT handling.

Manage Permissions – Assign permissions to control who can classify clients under the new charity type.

Flexible imaging workflow for admins

Clinics now have more control over imaging referral workflows with new admin-level settings. Referral remarks can be required for all imaging diagnostics, independent of appointment settings, ensuring more consistent documentation.

Provet Cloud has updated treatment sheet printouts to meet local regulatory requirements in Nordic countries. The improved PDF format ensures compliance with national standards and provides a clearer, more structured layout for better usability. These updates are tailored to individual country regulations and will be deployed separately per region.
