To enhance clarity, the term "Department/Location" is now replaced with "Clinic Location," reflecting a more intuitive understanding for veterinary teams. This update ensures consistency across US and UK English, aligning with global veterinary practice standards.

A new option, "Keep item sales price the same," is available when updating VAT groups. This provides flexibility for users while maintaining the option to update item sales prices when VAT percentage changes.

Multi-department practices with individual email addresses for each clinic can now view only their respective inbox on their department dashboard. This update has been partially rolled out and will be available for all customers in version 2.15. This can be set up in the department settings.

Default label text is now added for the medicine item to consultation and bundle-adding views, helping you to know what will be printed by default from the medicine item on the label when your write your instruction.
For this text to be printed on the label, it requires that you have configured a default label text for the medicine item and included it in your medicine label templates.
