As Provet Cloud winds down 2023 and gears up for 2024, we reflect on what has been a truly transformative year.
Together with our amazing team and wonderful customers and veterinary partners around the globe, we brought our best-in-class practice management solution to even greater heights – with breakthrough product enhancements, a refreshed look and feel, and a ton of thoughtful content and resources to make your work even easier.

The purpling of Provet Cloud
In November, following many months of creative collaboration and strategic acrobatics behind the scenes, we unveiled a sparkling new logo and brand. Complete with a bolder, much purpler color palette, a refined mission statement, and a totally rebuilt website, Provet Cloud leveled up in a big way.
We wrote all about our rebrand and why we decided to do it now – a symbol of the major strides we’ve made over the last couple of years.
The software got a makeover, too
Hand-in-hand with the November rebrand, we rolled out long-awaited improvements to the Provet Cloud user interface, including a more streamlined and intuitive navigation experience.
Our VP of Product, Fabio Carneiro, went into detail about these changes, calling them “the tip of the iceberg” in terms of what users can expect in the months ahead, with even more UI updates “to ensure that you’re able to carry out your work and provide the best care possible without confusion and unnecessary hassle.”

This was a big year for the launch of significant new features in Provet Cloud. With thanks to those customers who agreed to pilot and help us refine these new tools, our team of developers and designers readied them for widespread release.
Provet Pay, our integrated payments solution, connecting directly with Provet Cloud, delivers unparalleled ease and convenience to both clinic staff and clients in the payment process. Fast, flexible, and secure, Provet Pay features like card-on-file tokenization save time and protect revenue – and as one clinic has discovered, there’s less stress at checkout!
We also launched the Referral Portal – a native extension of Provet Cloud that seamlessly connects veterinary clinics with specialists and makes the entire referral process much smoother. Share notes and images between patient, referrer, and referral center. Speed up care delivery. Stay up-to-date on your patients wherever they are.
And finally, there’s our exciting, new Digital Whiteboard solution. Ditch the dry-erase board and leverage large-screen monitors to track patient progress, manage priority levels, and update treatment status in real time. Everyone in the clinic, at any stage of the patient journey, can have up-to-the-minute visibility and collaborate more easily from start of appointment to checkout.
We welcomed some big names
in veterinary medicine
Of course we’re honored to be the solution of choice for each and every one of our customers, no matter how big or small the practice. When it comes to veterinary groups, we are happy to help unify their entire organization around one practice management system.
It’s a partnership that can impact dozens or even hundreds of clinics – and countless veterinary staff and their clients – all at once with Provet Cloud’s transformative automations, customizable API, and data analytics tools.
- We initiated a pilot program with Vets for Pets, part of Pets at Home, one of the UK’s leading pet care chains that includes over 450 clinics.
- We began onboarding practices with the CVS Group, a fully integrated veterinary service provider operating more than 500 veterinary locations throughout the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and the Netherlands.
- And we successfully implemented Provet Cloud with all 11 clinics with IVC Evidensia Denmark – another step in our journey of transitioning their practices throughout the Nordics onto our platform.
IVC Evidensia’s Country Medical Director in Denmark, Anette Spohr, praised our team’s thorough, consistent communication throughout the implementation process, which made it easier to overcome any obstacles along the way.
Anette called it a “huge benefit” that we came with actual veterinary experience. “Our employees really appreciated that the implementation team understood intuitively what we wanted to do, whether creating anesthesia schemes or setting up a new invoice," she said.
