We’re excited to share the latest updates to Provet Cloud, including:

Simplified client balance overview

We've replaced finance-related tags with a new Client Balance Component, making it easier to track unpaid invoices, prepayments, and credits at a glance. This streamlined view helps clinics stay on top of client accounts with less effort.

Improved address visibility for equine and farm clients

We've added stable and yard addresses to invoices and the patient dashboard, making it easier to access key location details at a glance. Combined with extended search capabilities, this update supports faster patient lookup and smoother workflows—especially for practices managing multiple sites.

Improved flow for online booking appointments

We've enhanced the online booking process so that when a client appointment booked online doesn't automatically match an existing record, Provet Cloud will now auto-populate client details directly from the booking information. This is the first step in our ongoing enhancements—future updates will suggest potential matches for existing clients.

Health plan and dashboard improvements

The dashboard now shows more at a glance: client phone number on hover, pop-outs for last health plan item, last consultation, next appointment, and clear cancellation details. Column order has also been improved for easier navigation.

Credit Note table restores blue banner for tracking

Based on customer feedback, we're temporarily reverting a recent change to the Credit Note tables and re-introducing the blue banner to help clearly track Credit Note activity. This update ensures consistency and clarity until a more comprehensive Credit Note enhancement is introduced in the near future.

  • Restores easy tracking of Credit Note changes through the familiar blue banner.
  • Maintains clarity and consistency for managing financial records.

Control how price changes are calculated


You can now choose how Provet Cloud calculates sequential percentage-based price changes. By default, the system has used the additive method, but with this update, you can switch to a new multiplicative (compounded) option. This gives your clinic more flexibility and accuracy when applying markups and discounts.
