We’re excited to share the latest updates to Provet Cloud, including:

New shortcut for editing payments

When an incorrect payment was added to an invoice, the previous solution required accessing the credit note mode to make corrections. This approach was cumbersome, as creating a credit note was an unnecessary step to simply edit a payment. With this new development, the edit payment option is now available directly on the invoice page. We’ve introduced a new button as a shortcut on the invoice page for users who need to edit the payment.

Multiple delete options for reminders in list view

The new multiple delete options update allows users to manage their reminders more efficiently. In the reminder dashboard, users can now select multiple rows and mass delete them, enabling quick and convenient bulk deletions. This feature makes it easier to keep task lists organized and up-to-date, saving time and reducing workflow clutter. By simplifying the management of reminders, users can improve productivity and focus on essential tasks.

Auto-generate invoice after finalizing

The new auto-generated invoice feature ensures that invoices are automatically created immediately after finalizing. This improvement eliminates a manual step, reducing administrative workload and enhancing billing efficiency. By automating the invoicing process, it ensures accuracy and allows veterinary practices to maintain consistent financial records. This feature not only saves time but also minimizes errors, providing a seamless and reliable billing experience for both staff and clients.

Duplicate templates for departments and department groups

There is a new feature that allows for the duplication of templates for departments and department groups. This makes it easier to manage and organize templates.. With the addition of department and department group filters, users can now search, create, and maintain templates more efficiently. This functionality allows for the possibility to duplicate or start from existing templates, streamlining the process of establishing standardized practices across various departments. These improvements contribute to a more intuitive and effective template management system, ensuring consistency and saving time.
